He & She MD Peptide Review (2026): Prices, Pharmacies and Terms

Every price, name and term below was read from heandshemd.com on 1 September 2026 and is attributed to the company that published it. Where a fact comes from a government document instead, we say so and link it.

Disclosure: this review has no He & She MD referral links. We are approved for its affiliate program, but the verified landing page available on 14 September 2026 was for weight-loss plans. We removed that referral button from this peptide review. No company can pay to be included in, or ranked higher in, our comparisons, and we have never accepted payment to change what we write. The short version

He & She MD advertises sermorelin and NAD+ at "starting at $149 /month." That figure is real, and it is the price of a twelve-month purchase. The asterisk beside it on every longevity product page reads, in full: "Price for purchase of 12 months supply." Buy a single month of the same product and the company’s own published table says the price is $229 — 54 per cent more than the number on the button.

That is not hidden. It is printed on the page, in the pricing accordion, under a heading that says "How much does treatment cost?" It is simply not the number most readers will carry away, and it is the number that decides what this costs you.

What He & She MD sells in the peptide and longevity category

The company describes itself as "a modern telehealth clinic offering treatments across Weight Loss, Longevity, Hormone Therapy, and Performance Health." Its Longevity menu, as listed in the site footer on 1 September 2026, contains five items: NAD Injectable, NAD Nasal Spray, Sermorelin, Glutathione, and Lipotropic (MIC) + B12.

The wider catalogue also covers compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide in injectable and oral forms, brand Ozempic, Wegovy and Zepbound, estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, enclomiphene, finasteride and minoxidil, and ED medications. This page reports the longevity line only. Our eleven-clinic comparison puts these prices beside the rest of the category.

Prices as listed, 1 September 2026

Three of the four peptide products share an identical price ladder. Every figure below was read from the "How much does treatment cost?" section on each product’s own page.

Plan length Sermorelin injectable NAD injectable NAD nasal spray Glutathione
12 months $149/mo $149/mo $149/mo not offered
6 months $159/mo $159/mo $159/mo not offered
3 months $179/mo $179/mo $179/mo $100/mo
1 month $229/mo $229/mo $229/mo $125/mo

The sermorelin page adds that "All plans include medication, supplies, shipping, and provider" care, and each product page states "Same price at every dose" — meaning a dose increase does not change what you pay, which is a genuine and uncommon advantage in this category.

What "starting at $149" commits you to

Read as a total rather than a rate, the twelve-month sermorelin or NAD+ plan is $1,788. The six-month plan is $954. The three-month plan is $537. A single month is $229.

The difference between the advertised rate and the month-to-month rate is $80 a month, or 54 per cent. A reader comparing "starting at $149" against another clinic’s month-to-month price is not comparing like with like, and the site does not make that adjustment for them.

Every longevity product page carries the line "No hidden fees — the price you see is the price you get, no hidden fees, ever." The company’s Terms of Service, on the same site, describe a "Membership Fee" charged "on a recurring, monthly basis (approximately every 28-30 days) until your Membership is canceled." The product pages also state "No membership fee." We could not reconcile these two statements from the published pages and have put the question to the company.

Clinician and pharmacies, as the company names them

He & She MD names its clinical and dispensing partners on its own FAQ, which is more than most clinics in this category do.

Pharmacy 2
Specialty Medical Drugstore LLC dba GoGoMeds
States served
GLP-1s to every state except Louisiana. Longevity and HRT medications "nationwide." No PO boxes
Company address

Two details in that table are worth sitting with. The first is that the site names a Chief Medical Officer in one place and a separate clinical provider entity in another; both are published by the company, and we are reporting them as published rather than treating either as the answer to "who prescribes."

The second is sterile compounding. The company’s own FAQ says of Jungle Jim’s Pharmacy: "Unfortunately, they cannot dispense sterile compounds and do not have a license in the following US states: California, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, Texas, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Hampshire, West Virginia, and Delaware." Injectable sermorelin, injectable NAD+ and injectable glutathione are sterile compounds. The same FAQ says He & She MD "will continue to partner with both Specialty Medical Drugstore LLC (dba GoGoMeds) and F&F Pharmacies Inc (dba Jungle Jim’s Pharmacy) for prescription fulfillment," and elsewhere that "sterile compound batches undergo required third-party" testing. The reasonable reading is that the sterile injectables are dispensed by the other partner. The site does not say so explicitly, and if you live in one of those ten states it is worth asking before you pay.

Refund and cancellation terms as written

The Terms of Service state: "Once paid, your Membership Fee is non-refundable." Billing recurs "approximately every 28-30 days" until cancelled — a cycle that produces thirteen charges in a calendar year rather than twelve, where billing is monthly rather than prepaid as a block.

Cancellation is offered three ways: by phone, by email to support@heandshemd.com, or through the account area. The phone number is not given. The clause reads, verbatim and three separate times in the document we read on 1 September 2026:

"You may cancel your Membership at any time by calling us at [INSERT CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE], emailing us at support@heandshemd.com, or logging into your Secure User account."

[INSERT CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE] is an unfilled template placeholder. It has been left in the live Terms of Service, in the sentence that tells a customer how to stop being billed. Email and the account area remain available, so cancellation is not blocked. But one of the three published routes out does not exist, and a terms page is the document a customer is held to.

What we could not verify

  • Whether the twelve-month and six-month plans are charged as a single up-front payment or billed monthly across the term. The product pages quote a monthly rate; the Terms describe recurring 28-to-30-day billing. These can both be true of different plans, and the pages we read do not say which applies to which.
  • Which of the two named pharmacies dispenses the sterile injectables, and what happens to an order placed from one of the ten states where Jungle Jim’s holds no license.
  • How "No membership fee" on the product pages relates to the "Membership Fee" in the Terms of Service.
  • The company’s outcome statistics. The homepage and every longevity page carry a "Results you can count on" panel with four figures. On both pages we read, all four rendered as 0% and 0/10. We take this to be a broken counter rather than a claim, and we have not treated the underlying numbers as published.
  • Whether the seven named patient testimonials, which describe weight-loss outcomes and appear unchanged on the sermorelin and NAD+ pages, refer to any longevity product. None of them mentions sermorelin, NAD+ or glutathione.

Where these ingredients stand with FDA

This is the part of the decision that does not depend on the company. Sermorelin is not an FDA-approved drug: the agency withdrew the approvals for both sermorelin new drug applications effective 18 June 2009, which we set out in full in our record of the withdrawal. NAD+ and glutathione sit within the compounding framework rather than the approval framework; our legal status tracker records where each substance stands and what changed most recently.

He & She MD’s own weight-loss disclaimer states that medications in its GLP-1 programme "are produced in USP-compliant, state-regulated pharmacies but not reviewed by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality." That sentence describes compounded medication accurately, and it sits alongside a separate marketing panel headed "FDA-regulated pharmacies." Both can be true at once — a pharmacy can be registered and inspected while the preparation it compounds has never been through FDA review — but the two panels sit close enough together that readers regularly conflate them.

Who this suits

He & She MD is a reasonable option if you already know you want twelve months of sermorelin or NAD+, you are comfortable with $1,788 as the real figure, and you value a flat price that does not rise with your dose. Naming its pharmacies and its clinical group in public also puts it ahead of several clinics in this category that name neither.

It is a poor fit if you want to try a peptide for one month, because $229 is a different proposition from $149. It is also a poor fit if written, complete cancellation terms are a precondition of paying — the placeholder in the Terms of Service is small, but it is in the wrong sentence.

Contact them about

Whether your plan is billed as one payment or monthly, which pharmacy will fill a sterile injectable to your state, what the cancellation phone number is, and what happens to the balance of a twelve-month term if you stop. These turn on your own circumstances and only the company can answer them. Ask He & She MD before you pay.

How we sourced this

Longevity prices and plan ladders were read from the sermorelin, NAD injectable, NAD nasal spray and glutathione product pages on heandshemd.com on 1 September 2026, from the "How much does treatment cost?" section on each. Pharmacy names, licensing, clinical partner and shipping states were read from the FAQ on the company’s homepage the same day. Refund, cancellation and billing terms were read from the company’s Terms of Service the same day. The FDA position on sermorelin comes from the Federal Register, not from the company. We did not complete a purchase or enter the medical intake.

Compounded and non-approved medications are not FDA-approved. Nothing on this page is medical advice. Whether any of these products is appropriate for you is a decision for a licensed prescriber who knows your history.
