HealthRX Review: Listed Prices, What It Sells, and What to Check First

Prices and claims below are what HealthRX published on healthrx.com on 24 August 2026; its longevity prices and the affiliate disclosure were rechecked on 28 September 2026, and those rows are dated.

Disclosure: if you sign up with HealthRX through a link on this page, we may earn a commission. Its affiliate program now pays on sermorelin, NAD+ and GLP-1 plans of three months or longer (terms checked 28 September 2026); an earlier version of this page carried no HealthRX links because non-GLP-1 purchases were excluded at the time. That does not change what we report. See our affiliate disclosure and how we review.

HealthRX is a telehealth platform focused on medical weight loss — compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide — with a smaller catalog covering sexual health (including PT-141), hair loss, and a longevity category that includes NAD+ and sermorelin. It is one of the few providers in our coverage that publishes a LegitScript certification number (50087439) on its homepage, which is checkable, and we confirmed the certification is claimed consistently across its site and its affiliate-program listing.

How the service works, as described

HealthRX says evaluations are performed by US board-certified physicians, medications are prepared by a licensed Section 503A compounding pharmacy, and orders ship free overnight to all 50 states, typically within 24–48 hours of approval. Its stated policies are more consumer-friendly than most of the category: a full refund if you are not approved, one-click cancellation, HSA/FSA eligibility, and no payment to start the assessment. The site also publishes a real contraindication list (medullary thyroid carcinoma history, MEN-2, severe pancreatitis history, pregnancy, under 18) — which is more screening transparency than many competitors show before intake.

Read the weight-loss numbers carefully

The homepage cites average losses of 15% of body weight at 68 weeks for semaglutide and 21% at 72 weeks for tirzepatide. Those figures track the published clinical trials — but the trials were run with the FDA-approved brand drugs (Wegovy and Zepbound), not with compounded copies. Compounded GLP-1s have no trials of their own; the numbers are borrowed. That is standard practice across this industry, and worth understanding for what it is.

The regulatory picture

Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide occupy contested ground: FDA has declared the brand-drug shortages resolved, which narrowed the lawful pathway for compounding copies of them, and enforcement has been an active, moving story since. Sermorelin and NAD+ sit in their own, different categories. Our Peptide Legal Status Tracker lays out where each substance stands with links to the FDA source documents, and our sermorelin coverage explains that drug's withdrawn-approval history.

What we could not verify

HealthRX does not name its partner pharmacies on the public site and does not publish per-state restrictions. Sermorelin and NAD+ prices, which were absent from the public site in August, were listed on its shop pages when we rechecked on 28 September 2026; the multi-month figures read as single charges every three, six or twelve months, which we could not confirm without testing checkout. We have not tested the intake flow ourselves. If pharmacy identity or state coverage matters to you, ask during the assessment and get it in writing.

Bottom line

Among the providers in our peptide clinic comparison, HealthRX stands out for publishing checkable trust signals — a LegitScript certification number, a contraindication list, a refund-if-not-approved policy — and for 12-month GLP-1 pricing at the low end of the market. The trade-offs are the ones common to the category: unnamed pharmacies and borrowed trial numbers; the longevity prices that were missing in August are now published, with sermorelin from $143 to $179 a month depending on the term. Its longer plans are also where the value is; the 3-month prices are ordinary.
