telos rx Peptide Review (2026): "As Low As" Prices, Named Pharmacies, and the Re-Rating Clause Behind "Cancel Anytime"

Prices and terms below are what telos rx published on telosrx.com on that date, with the catalog readings from our 20 August 2026 comparison where noted.

telos rx is a telehealth platform operated by Superior Health Solutions LLC that sells compounded GLP-1s and peptides on multi-month subscription plans. The site describes itself as "a technology and administrative services platform" with medical services "provided by an independent, US-licensed telehealth medical group," and it names its two dispensing pharmacies in its own FAQ, which most peptide clinics do not. This page reports what the company publishes, what it costs once the "as low as" arithmetic is unwound, and the one clause in its terms that decides what early cancellation costs.

What telos rx sells, at its listed prices

The site is organised by goal rather than by product: weight loss, anti-aging and longevity, muscle growth and recovery, sexual health. The catalog we recorded on 20 August 2026 was compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide (including a "microdosed" tirzepatide and an oral tirzepatide), sermorelin, NAD+ nasal spray, PT-141, BPC-157 by injection and capsule, BPC-157 with TB-500, GHK-Cu, CJC-1295 with ipamorelin, MOTS-c, 5-Amino-1MQ, Semax and Selank.

Every price on the site is shown as an "as low as" figure beside a struck-through list price. These are the pairs we read on the men's pricing page on 25 August 2026:

Product List price shown "As low as"
Semaglutide (compounded) $299/mo $99/mo
Tirzepatide (compounded) $399/mo $139/mo
Microdosed tirzepatide $279/mo $116/mo
NAD+ nasal spray $249/mo $116/mo
Sermorelin (read 20 Aug) $299/mo $125/mo
BPC-157 (read 20 Aug) — $189 first month, then $116/mo

The page header also advertises "Your first month starts as low as $49*", with the asterisk unresolved on the page itself. The site states that the "as low as" rates require a twelve-month commitment, and the terms explain what that commitment costs if you leave early, which is the next section.

The re-rating clause: what "cancel anytime, one click" costs

The homepage and pricing pages say "Cancel anytime, one click." The terms of use, last revised 1 August 2026, say something more specific. Fees, once paid, are "non-refundable except as required by applicable law," cancellation "will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle," and then:

"If you cancel before the end of your committed term, you forfeit the multi-month discount, and the months you have already received will be re-rated to the per-month price of the shortest plan term that covers the period you were actually enrolled. You authorize Telos RX to charge the difference between the discounted amounts you have already paid and the re-rated amounts for those months as a one-time adjustment at the time of cancellation."

The terms give their own example: enrol on a twelve-month plan, cancel after three months, and the three months you received are re-rated at the three-month plan price, with the difference charged in one adjustment. So "cancel anytime" is true, and it can come with a bill. The shortest-plan rates are not published on the site, so the size of that bill cannot be calculated in advance from the site alone; the figure we have seen in the company's own advertorial for semaglutide is a step from $49 to $169 a month, which we treat as illustrative. The terms also allow price changes on 30 days' notice, with the option to cancel before the new price applies.

How the service works, as described

An online intake, review by a US-licensed clinician, and, if prescribed, shipment from the pharmacy network. The shipping and returns page, last updated 25 May 2026, says orders ship "typically within 4 hours of submitting your intake" once a prescription is issued, that free two-day priority shipping is included on every subscription, and that packaging is unbranded. The terms state plainly that meeting the eligibility requirements "does not guarantee that you will receive Services." Payment is taken at enrolment; the terms say the initial payment "must be made the day your subscription commences."

Pharmacies and states: what the site names

This is where telos rx is more transparent than most of its competitors. The FAQ names two pharmacies: VialsRX, 6220 Westpark Dr, Houston, TX, and F&F Pharmacies Inc dba Jungle Jim's Pharmacy, 5484 Dixie Highway, Fairfield, OH. It states that Jungle Jim's holds licences in 40 states and "cannot dispense sterile compounds" and is not licensed in California, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, Texas, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Hampshire, West Virginia and Delaware. Injectable peptides are sterile compounds, so if you live in one of those ten states, ask which pharmacy would fill your prescription before you pay. Embody and Lttl name the same Ohio pharmacy and publish the same ten-state list; see our piece on the shared pharmacy stack.

The medical group itself is not named on the pages we read, and in our comparison we found it named two different ways across the company's own documents. The site displays "Trustpilot Rated 4.8" and "Rated 4.9" badges; when we checked Trustpilot on 20 August 2026 it showed one review and a TrustScore of 3.5.

Regulatory status of what's on offer

Following the July 2026 FDA advisory committee vote, BPC-157 and TB-500 do not have a lawful 503A compounding pathway for human use, which affects the BPC-157 products and the BPC-157/TB-500 blend. CJC-1295, ipamorelin, MOTS-c, 5-Amino-1MQ, Semax and Selank are in similar territory. Sermorelin is the contested case. NAD+ sits in Category 1, within enforcement discretion when the guidance conditions are met. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide have their own, changing position now that the shortage-based pathway has ended. Our Peptide Legal Status Tracker carries the documents for each, and we update it as FDA acts.

What we could not verify

The shortest-plan monthly rates that the re-rating clause uses; the meaning of the "$49 first month" asterisk; the name of the prescribing medical group; dosages and concentrations for any peptide; and which of the two pharmacies fills a given order. We have not tested the intake, a cancellation or a re-rating charge ourselves. If any of these matter to you, email contact@telosrx.com before you pay and keep the reply.

Who this suits

telos rx is a reasonable option if you want a wide peptide and GLP-1 catalog from one intake, if you value knowing the dispensing pharmacies by name, and if you intend to complete the full term you sign up for, in which case the twelve-month rates are among the lower figures in our comparison. It is a poor fit if you may need to stop early, since the re-rating clause converts the discount into a debt; if you live in one of the ten excluded states and want an injectable; or if your purchase depends on BPC-157 having a clear regulatory footing, which it currently does not.

How we sourced this

Prices were read from telosrx.com's men's pricing page on 25 August 2026 and from the product pages on 20 August 2026. Cancellation and re-rating terms are quoted from the terms of use (last revised 1 August 2026); shipping details from the shipping and returns page (last updated 25 May 2026); pharmacy names and the state list from the site's FAQ. We did not complete a purchase or enter the medical intake. Prices change without notice; if you find a discrepancy, tell us on our contact page.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Nothing on this page is medical advice. Whether any of these products is appropriate for you is a decision for a licensed prescriber who knows your history.
