Luvo Health publishes $199 for four weeks of NAD+ injections or sermorelin injections from the second delivery. Its current cancellation policy is much more detailed than the short wording in our earlier review. Here is how the price, 28-day cycle and refund cutoff fit together.

Luvo’s pricing overview lists longevity plans from $145–$199 to start and plan lengths of 4–24 weeks. It describes clinician review, medication, support and shipping as bundled, with no separate consultation or membership fee. That category range is not a verified $145 price for every NAD+ or sermorelin plan.
We have not obtained a personalized first-order quote, confirmed discounts for a selected package or verified all laboratory and supply costs. Ask for the amount due today, the next charge and what both payments cover.

Luvo’s cancellation and refund policy
The current written policy, dated February 10, 2026 and checked September 24, requires at least 72 hours’ cancellation notice before the next billing date. Support accepts requests at support@luvohealth.com or through the account process where available. Requests inside the window take effect after the next billing cycle.
Refund eligibility depends on whether medication has been ordered. The policy defines that as a prescription issued and sent to a dispensing pharmacy, and says clinical services already rendered are non-refundable. It provides a full refund for medical disqualification before medication is ordered.
For bundles, the policy describes repricing shipments already received at the standard non-bundled rate when calculating a refund. Ask for a worked refund calculation before buying a longer plan; unused weeks alone do not tell you the amount recoverable. Damaged or incorrect items should be reported promptly, with replacement generally the first remedy.
The policy also describes order timing around intake or a live visit. Request confirmation of your actual order status rather than assuming nothing is committed until a package ships. Stopping billing and changing prescribed treatment are separate actions to coordinate with support and your clinician.
Who is responsible for the service?
The current cancellation policy identifies Luvo Health, Inc. This corrects our older statement that we could not locate a named legal entity. The source pages checked describe third-party clinicians and pharmacies but do not identify the clinician or dispensing pharmacy that would handle a particular prospective order.
Ask for the actual clinician’s name and state license, the pharmacy’s name and license, the process for follow-up and whether labs are required. Shared technology or branding is not enough to establish that two clinics provide identical care or dispense the same product. We did not independently validate a certification badge or inspect pharmacy operations.
Evidence and product status
NAD+ and sermorelin are different substances and should not be compared as interchangeable treatments merely because their prices match. NAD+ is a coenzyme; sermorelin is a peptide. Ask a qualified clinician which human evidence, if any, supports the exact formulation and intended use being proposed to you.
The product pages identify compounded medications. FDA states that compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and do not receive its premarket safety, effectiveness and quality review. This article does not establish a legal compounding pathway or clinical benefit for a particular prescription. We removed the previous article’s categorical regulatory conclusions from this commercial review.
How to decide whether to investigate further
Luvo’s published product prices and billing policy make it possible to prepare specific questions before intake. The useful next step is a complete written quote and identification of the care team. If you need a predictable exit from a prepaid plan, the order cutoff and bundle repricing deserve particular attention.
Our Embody NAD+ review examines another offer and a different refund policy. We do not infer equivalent medication quantities, benefits or care from either provider’s headline rate.
Sources, corrections and limits
We checked Luvo’s pricing overview, NAD+ and sermorelin injection pages, and cancellation/refund policy on September 24, 2026. This refresh replaces the old one-sentence-policy finding, obsolete plan-length references and unsupported identity and regulatory conclusions. The original URL remains in place so existing links work.
We did not complete intake, purchase a plan, test refunds or obtain clinical review. The article reports published commercial terms and unanswered questions; it is not a treatment recommendation. Send a documented correction.
