A lower advertised monthly price can hide a longer commitment, a different supply period or a less flexible refund. This report compares public NAD+ and sermorelin offers from Embody, Luvo Health and He & She MD, with the arithmetic and unanswered questions shown alongside each price.
Compare the same supply
Ask for formulation, concentration, quantity and prescribed supply period before comparing dollars.
Count the billing dates
Four weeks means 28 days. A monthly equivalent on a long plan does not tell you the amount due today.
Price the exit
Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not necessarily refund a current order or unused prepaid services.

NAD+ offers: why $99 and $199 are incomplete comparisons
| Clinic | Public price observed | Commitment or billing detail | What still needs a written quote? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Embody / JoinEm | NAD+ landing page advertises $99 monthly. | The FAQ describes manual reordering, while the refund policy also addresses recurring subscriptions and longer plans. | Which billing model applies, exact supply, promotional eligibility and renewal charge. |
| Luvo Health | NAD+ injection page states $199 every four weeks from the second delivery. | 28-day billing. The pricing overview offers plans from 4 to 24 weeks. | First charge, chosen plan total, supply quantity and whether a bundle changes the schedule. |
We have not established equivalent medication quantities or clinical services between these offers. Subtracting the headlines would therefore not establish a true like-for-like saving. Embody’s FAQ and policy also describe different purchase arrangements; resolve the one you are actually selecting before payment.
Sermorelin: lower monthly equivalents require context
| Clinic and term | Published rate | Our arithmetic | How to use the number |
|---|---|---|---|
| Luvo Health injection | $199 every four weeks from delivery two | 13 × $199 = $2,587 for 364 days of supply at a constant rate | Illustration of the ongoing rate, not a verified first-year bill; first payment and discounts may differ. |
| He & She MD · 1 month | $229/month | $229 × 1 = $229 | Listed monthly rate multiplied by plan length. These totals are calculations, not confirmation of checkout timing, refund entitlement or your prescribed supply. |
| He & She MD · 3 months | $179/month | $179 × 3 = $537 | |
| He & She MD · 6 months | $159/month | $159 × 6 = $954 | |
| He & She MD · 12 months | $149/month | $149 × 12 = $1,788 |
He & She MD’s $149 headline is expressly tied to purchasing twelve months of supply. The expanded pricing panel says plans include medication, supplies, shipping and provider support if prescribed. We have not verified the selected checkout or its refund calculation. Ask for the payment schedule and total commitment, rather than assuming the $149 headline is a cancel-anytime monthly option.
Four-week billing: annualized cost and cash paid are different
At a constant $199 every 28 days, the annualized ongoing rate is $199 × 365 ÷ 28 = $2,594.11, or about $216.18 per calendar month. Thirteen cycles cost $2,587 and cover 364 days. Neither figure automatically equals cash charged during a particular calendar year.
If a hypothetical plan charges $199 at day 0 and every 28 days thereafter, payments occur on days 0 through 364: fourteen charges totaling $2,786 before day 365. The last payment buys service extending beyond the window. This is an illustration, not a Luvo first-year quote; its first-delivery terms must be checked separately.
Cancellation and refund terms can change the decision
| Clinic | Published policy finding | Question to ask before paying |
|---|---|---|
| Embody | 72-hour renewal cancellation deadline. Payments generally final; medical-disqualification exception may deduct services already used. Longer plans generally have no unused-month refund. | Does my selected offer recur, and what is refunded if I am medically ineligible after paying? |
| Luvo Health | 72-hour cancellation deadline. Refund eligibility changes when a prescription is ordered from the pharmacy; completed clinical services may be non-refundable. Bundle refunds can reprice received shipments at the standard non-bundled rate. | Show the refund if I stop after the first shipment, including every deduction and repriced shipment. |
| He & She MD | The current product price ladder was verified for this report; the selected plan’s refund outcome was not. | What is due upfront, what renews, and what is returned if I stop before the term ends? |
These are summaries of published terms, not tested refund outcomes. Retain the policy and checkout terms you accept. A company naming a pharmacy or displaying a badge is not our independent verification of that pharmacy’s quality, licensing or suitability for your prescription.
