Strut Health is a Dallas-based, cash-pay telehealth service best known for compounded GLP-1s and men's health. It also sells three peptide-adjacent products: injectable sermorelin at $119 a month, an oral sermorelin lozenge at $99 a month and NAD+ injections at $149 a month, each on monthly auto-refill with provider consultations and free shipping included. It does not sell glutathione or BPC-157.

Goal Product Listed price What the page says

Recovery & longevity NAD+ injection $149 a month One 500 mg vial a month, "less than $5/day"
Not offered Glutathione, BPC-157, GHK-Cu, PT-141 — Not on Strut's peptides page

For context, CoreAge Rx lists sermorelin at a flat $99 a month and Live Vital lists NAD+ injections at $115 a month (October 26, 2026); see our sermorelin provider comparison and NAD+ injection comparison for every clinic side by side.

How the service works, as described

You complete an online consultation; a provider reviews it and, if treatment is appropriate, the prescription is filled by what Strut calls "a U.S. licensed pharmacy" and shipped to you. Strut says you only pay for medication if a provider prescribes it, and follow-ups and messaging are included. Medical care is provided by Titan Health, P.A. and affiliated providers, who Strut's terms say are not Strut employees. Strut does not name the compounding pharmacy.

Refunds and billing, as written

Products ship on monthly auto-refill. Strut's refund policy says it does not accept returns or give refunds on medication once it has left the pharmacy; damaged or defective items can be replaced if reported within two weeks of delivery.

The regulatory picture

Sermorelin was FDA-approved as Geref until its approvals were withdrawn in 2009, at the maker's request and not for safety reasons; compounded sermorelin is not FDA-approved today (see our sermorelin FDA explainer). There is no FDA-approved NAD+ drug. Separately, in February 2026 the FDA sent Strut a warning letter about how its website marketed compounded GLP-1 drugs, including product images labeled "Strut" and phrases such as "Generic Zepbound"; the letter did not concern its peptides.

Oral sermorelin: Strut's lozenge is a compounded product absorbed under the tongue. Published human data on sublingual sermorelin are limited compared with injected sermorelin; ask the prescriber what dose and evidence they are relying on.

What we could not verify

Which pharmacy compounds Strut's peptides; whether 90-day supplies are available for them (its FAQ says multi-month orders apply to "select products"); and current state availability (its FAQ, dated 2024, says it ships everywhere except Arkansas).

Bottom line

Strut is a reasonable, mid-priced option if you want sermorelin or NAD+ from a larger telehealth brand with care and shipping included. It is not the cheapest, it does not name its pharmacy, and refunds stop once medication ships. Compare it against the clinics in our peptide clinic comparison before you sign up.
