NAD+ provider research
NAD+ injection providers advertise different supply periods and purchase arrangements. Start with the exact injection offer, then compare the complete quote.
By the Get Peptide Reviews editorial team · Researched September 25, 2026 · Our review method
Quick comparison: Embody advertises NAD+ injections at $99 per month. Luvo’s live injection page states $199 for four weeks from the second delivery. Those are different billing units, and neither headline proves that the medication quantity or clinical service is equivalent.
NAD+ is a coenzyme, not a peptide. We cover it because many of the clinics in our peptide review library also offer it.

NAD+ injection prices and supply periods
| Provider | Advertised injection price | Billing comparison | Next step |
|---|---|---|---|
| Embody | $99/month | Twelve unchanged monthly charges would total $1,188. Confirm that your selected purchase uses this schedule. | View Embody NAD+ |
| Luvo Health | $199 / four weeks from delivery two | Thirteen cycles total $2,587 for 364 days of supply. The first charge and chosen bundle require confirmation. | Read Luvo review |
Product pages checked September 25, 2026 [1–2]. This two-provider price comparison is a selected sample, not the whole market. Prices can change.
The useful calculation: put both quotes on the same timeline
An ongoing $199 charge every 28 days annualizes to $199 × 365 ÷ 28 = $2,594.11, about $216.18 per calendar month. That is an illustration of a continuing rate, not a verified first-year Luvo bill. An initial discount, payment timing or different plan can change cash paid during the year.
Our clinic cost report explains the difference between annualized cost, supply purchased and payments collected. Use the free cost calculator with the written quote you receive.
Compare the service as well as the vial
Embody’s public page describes medical consultation, prescription guidance, shipping and ongoing nursing support. Luvo describes a clinician-guided plan and shipment if prescribed. Neither description should be treated as proof that the two services have identical access, monitoring or refill rules.
Ask about the product
- Is this an injection, nasal spray, oral product or an in-person IV service?
- What quantity, concentration and supply period does the quoted price cover?
- Which pharmacy will dispense it, and what storage and delivery conditions apply?
Ask about the care
- Who assesses eligibility and responds to problems?
- Are follow-up appointments, labs, supplies and delivery included?
- What is due today, what renews, and what happens if no prescription is issued?
Use these questions to compare provider responses. Do not substitute an advertised wellness claim for a discussion about your symptoms or medical history. Read the Embody review or read the Luvo review for the broader company record.
What a NAD+ offer can—and cannot—tell you
A provider’s price page establishes its advertised offer. It does not establish that NAD+ injections reverse aging, treat fatigue or improve cognition for you. Research about oral precursors, laboratory mechanisms or a different route should not automatically be used to support an injection program.
FDA says compounded drugs do not undergo its premarket assessment of safety, effectiveness and quality [3]. Its NAD+ compounding alert describes adverse-event reports including severe chills, shaking, vomiting and fatigue, and warns about inappropriate ingredients for sterile preparation [4]. That alert is a reason to ask about the actual pharmacy and product; it does not establish that any clinic in this comparison supplied the reported products.
Our guide to reading clinical evidence explains how to separate a mechanism from a demonstrated patient benefit.

Common NAD+ provider questions
Are NAD+ injections and NAD+ supplements the same purchase?
No. The route, product, oversight and evidence questions differ. Keep injections, IV services, sprays and oral products separate when comparing costs.
Which NAD+ provider is best?
These public sources do not establish a clinical winner. For comparing the two prices checked here, Embody has the lower monthly headline, while Luvo explicitly states a four-week supply interval. Verify the complete quote and discuss suitability with a clinician.
Does “cancel anytime” mean a full refund?
No. Stopping future orders and receiving money back for care or medication already ordered are separate issues. Ask for the policy that applies to your selected purchase.
