Five telehealth clinics publish glutathione injection prices online. Month-to-month prices run from $95 to $152, plan discounts take PlexusDx down to $69, and the lowest monthly price isn’t always the lowest first-quarter cost.

Short version: Live Vital publishes the lowest monthly price, $95 (checked October 26, 2026), with Embody at $99. System Labs has the cheapest first month at $79, then $149. HealthRX costs the most month to month. PlexusDx, added October 26, lists $99 month to month and the lowest plan price we found: $69 a month on a 12-month plan. HealthRX and PlexusDx are the only clinics here that publish discounts for 3-, 6- and 12-month plans.

Vial sizes and dosing schedules differ between clinics, so ask how many milligrams you get each month before comparing on price alone.

Monthly headlines leave out intro prices and plan lengths. We added up the first three months at each clinic’s published prices.

Our arithmetic from published prices. At the $139 landing-page price, System Labs comes to $357. HealthRX doesn’t show multi-month totals or say whether a 3-month plan is billed upfront, so ask before you pay.
Quality and safety: what FDA has said about glutathione
There is no FDA-approved glutathione injection. Online clinics sell compounded glutathione, made by a pharmacy for each patient. FDA lists glutathione in Category 1 of its 503A bulk-substance lists, which covers substances compounders may use while FDA evaluates them [6]. An FDA advisory committee voted 8–5–1 on June 8, 2022 to add glutathione to the 503A bulks list, even though FDA had proposed leaving it off [7].
Ingredient quality is the recurring problem. On February 1, 2019, FDA told compounders not to use glutathione from Letco Medical in sterile drugs after seven patients had reactions, citing endotoxin concerns [8]. On August 27, 2026, FDA reported at least 30 adverse events after IV glutathione, linked to dietary-supplement-grade glutathione from Medisca lot 229536, and two Texas pharmacies recalled their injectables [9].
FDA has not approved any injectable drug for skin whitening or lightening and treats those products as unapproved new drugs [10].

How much do glutathione injections cost online?
At the five clinics we checked (October 24 and 26, 2026), month-to-month prices run from $99 to $152. System Labs charges $79 for the first month, HealthRX drops to $122 a month on a 12-month plan, and PlexusDx drops to $69 a month on its 12-month plan.
Which clinic is cheapest for glutathione injections?
On published plan prices, PlexusDx: $89 a month on its 3-month plan ($267 for three months) or $69 a month on a 12-month plan. Month to month, Embody, Live Vital and PlexusDx all list $99. For the first month alone, System Labs is cheapest at $79.
Are glutathione injections FDA-approved?
No. Online clinics sell compounded glutathione. FDA lists glutathione in 503A Category 1, which means compounders may use it while FDA evaluates it.
Is glutathione nasal spray cheaper than injections?
Not at System Labs. Its glutathione nasal spray costs $169 a month with a $79 first month, compared with $149 a month for injections [11].
Are glutathione injections approved for skin lightening?
No. FDA has not approved any injectable drug for skin whitening or lightening [10].
